Attorneys Franklin L. Kury of Malady and Wooten, LLP and John C. Dernbach, an environmental law professor at Widener Law will discuss the constitutionality and impacts of the Act 13 Oil and Gas Decision on local governments. Kury is a former state legislator and authored the Environmental Rights Amendment.
