Important Info Concerning Unemployment Compensation

2014-04-04 13:20:35

You should have received a card in the mail from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry notifying you of a change in the definition of a credit week for unemployment compensation (UC).

Effective April 1, 2014 (second quarter 2014), a credit week is any calendar week in which an employee earns $116 or more.

Previously, a credit week was defined as any week in which an employee earned at least $100 or more.
