This wonderful program is designed for Borough Elected Officials only.

The Program provides a group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment policy in the amount of $10,000.

Spouse coverage is available up-to $2,000 and up-to $1,000 for each child.

Eligibility:

Borough must be a member in good standing of PSAB

Policy holders must be an Elected Borough Official

Formal resolution adoption is required for participation

Participation Fees:

A $25 enrollment fee (covers all elected officials)
Individual rate is capped at $6.40 per month (subject to change)
Family rate of $7.40 per month (subject to change)
