Elected Officials must actively receive a paycheck from the municipality to be eligible for program entry. Part-time employees are also eligible, yet certain restrictions may apply.

The program is designed to provide living benefits for emergencies and death benefits, while ensuring member security and a financial safety net for loved ones.
