The Employment Alliance of Municipalities

The PSAB Trustees have endorsed the law firm of Reed Smith and lead labor attorney Joseph Rudolf to administer PSAB's fastest growing program - The Employment Alliance of Municipalities (TEAM).

TEAM offers legal assistance on municipal labor issues to the boroughs of Pennsylvania. Reed Smith has offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia to enhance accessibility to all PSAB members.

* Members interested in participating in this new multi-facet program will pay a flat fee of $300/year to receive:

· One (1) free registration to a labor issues seminar each year.

· Up to 8 free conference calls/year/member borough

· Discounted charge for additional telephone legal consultation

· Other legal services such as analysis of collective bargaining agreements, employee handbooks, and civil service rules and regulations available at a discounted rate.
