Legislative Priorities

Since 1911 The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs has sought to preserve, promote and advance legislation & public policy in the best interests of our Commonwealth’s boroughs. The primary department that PSAB deploys to accomplish these ends is the Department of Government Affairs.  The department consists of three staff members: Ed Troxell who serves as the Director, Ron Grutza, Regulatory Affairs Coordinator and Stephanie Drake, Government Affairs and Communications Liaison.
