WEBINAR: CDL Supervisory Reasonable Suspicion Wednesday, July 23, 2014 10:00am – 12:00pm $40 member $75 non-member Supervisors are responsible for identifying employees who may be impaired by drug and/or alcohol and authorizing a reasonable suspicion drug and/or alcohol test. Supervisory personnel are required to be trained in Reasonable Suspicion when they are managing employees with safety sensitive job functions. This seminar is also applicable to companies who are not DOT-regulated, but have, or are considering implementing reasonable suspicion testing. Rita M. Lebo, Director of WORKNET Drug & Alcohol Services will be the presenter. This webinar satisfies the U.S. Department of Transportation two-hour training requirement for DOT supervisors. Verbal log on will be done both before and after the 2-hour webinar for verification of attendance and certificates.
