Coronavirus Resources for Local Government Leaders

Tuesday March 31st, 2020
The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) wishes to acknowledge the tireless efforts of borough leaders across this Commonwealth that are working to counter the effects of COVID-19.   Borough officials are facilitating and/or partnering with a variety of well-intentioned initiatives to stabilize community conditions and provide assistance where possible to residents.
Governor Wolf has implemented numerous statewide COVID-19 mitigation efforts and emphasized the need for every Pennsylvanian to take actions that may contribute to stopping the spread and flattening the curve.
PSAB is providing this resources page to help you obtain reliable information for planning, response, and communication efforts regarding the coronavirus.
The conditions surrounding this global pandemic are changing rapidly and we recognize this is an unprecedented event in modern times.
Our entire staff at PSAB is working diligently to assist our members and keep you updated on pertinent information when available.  We will continue to provide services where possible to support our statewide membership and have made some scheduling adjustments in the short-term to promote a safe environment for all those involved.
We have many challenges as a Commonwealth moving forward, yet local residents in every region of Pennsylvania are fortunate to have so many dedicated borough officials leading positive action in their communities.
Please let our staff know if we can be of any assistance and check back regularly on this page for further announcements.
Best Regards,
Chris Cap
PSAB Executive Director
