Report Unemployment Compensation Fraud
November 23rd, 2021Have you or your municipality been subjected to Unemployment Compensation (UC) fraud? The Department of Labor & Industry (L&I) has implemented a new way to report UC fraud to the state. You can now go to www.benefits.uc.pa.gov, scroll down to the bottom, and select Report Fraud Here to submit the notice. Additionally, to report the fraud by phone, you can call 800-692-7469 and leave a voicemail for a representative contact you.
