RESTOC Program to Launch in Summer 2022
March 9th, 2022The Replenishment of Emergency Stockpile Through Ongoing Cooperation (RESTOC) program
will launch in summer of 2022.
This program was created by the commonwealth to retain an ongoing stockpile of PPE categories
that can serve state and local public response entities through an emergency. Our mission is to
encourage and facilitate participation of COSTARS members and governmental agencies to
procure PPE through the stockpile to ensure best value of tax-payer money and maintain
proper stock rotations.
