Important ARPA Reporting Update from US Treasury

You should have received the following email from US Treasury.  
 
Dear State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Non-Entitlement Unit of Local Government Recipient: 
This email contains information about the recording of a webinar for non-entitlement units of local government (NEU), how to submit required documents, and additional information about reporting.

Available Now: Online System Access and Submission of NEU Agreements/Documentation
As an NEU, you are currently required to submit the following:
  • NEU Agreements and Supporting Documents – signed awards terms, signed civil rights compliance form, and budget documents.  (These are the documents you provided to DCED.)
Treasury encourages all NEU recipients to access the Treasury Portal as soon as possible in order to confirm their accounts, designate SLFRF reporting roles, and submit the required agreements and supporting documentation to Treasury prior to the submission of the first Project and Expenditure Report.
To assist recipients with logging into Treasury’s Portal, confirm accounts and submit the required agreements/documents, the following resources as available:

Coming Soon: April Project and Expenditure Report
Please note that NEUs will be required to submit a Project and Expenditure Report in April. The first reporting deadline for NEUs to submit the Project and Expenditure Report is April 30, 2022, and will cover the period between March 3, 2021 and March 31, 2022. The Project and Expenditure Report will become available to complete approximately 30 days before the deadline. 

Before the Project and Expenditure Report is due, Treasury will also provide a detailed User Guide and post a recorded webinar to help recipients enter their information into Treasury’s Portal.
