PSAB has been notified by the U.S. Treasury Department and DCED that some boroughs may be out of compliance with the annual ARPA Project and Expenditure reporting requirements for 2024 and encourages those boroughs to complete the required report before March 27, 2025, when the 2024 portal closes. The original deadline for the report was April 30, 2024. If your borough has completed the required report, please disregard this notice. PSAB has sent an email to those boroughs affected by this notice earlier today.
These annual expenditure reports were a requirement for receiving ARPA funds and if they are not submitted, your borough could receive further inquiries from the Treasury Department to bring your borough into compliance.
