ARPA SLFRF 2026 Reporting Deadline
February 11th, 2026Local governments that received American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) must prepare now for the upcoming reporting deadline of April 30, 2026 which covers expenditures from April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
All SLFRF recipients must continue reporting until Treasury formally closes out the award, even if funds have already been spent. Reporting continues through 2027 or until official closeout.
Reporting Frequency:
Annual Reporting
- Local governments with a population under 250,000 and a total SLFRF allocation under $10 million
Quarterly Reporting
Governments with a population over 250,000 or an allocation over $10 million
Now is the time to prepare:
- Ensure SAM.gov registration is active and renewed
- Confirm access to the Treasury SLFRF reporting portal
- Verify your organization’s Point of Contact (POC) information
- Review project status and eligible expenditures
- Update staff roles if personnel changes have occurred
Project Updates:
- Project descriptions may be revised if scope or budgets changed
- Projects must have been fully obligated by December 31, 2024

- If you need your Account Identifier, contact SLFRF@treasury.gov
Technical Issues:
- Use Google Chrome
- Clear browser cache/cookies
- Avoid autofill for credentials
- Contact Treasury if login issues persist
