ARPA Compliance Webinar

This notice is a reminder for cities and municipalities that received funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program.

Key points:

• The U.S. Treasury is offering virtual Live Office Hours for municipalities that are not yet compliant or still have questions.
• The session will take place:
  • Thursday, May 28
  • 2:00 PM
  • Via Zoom
• Municipalities must still submit their 2026 report to remain compliant, even if all funds have already been spent.
• The only exception is for municipalities that were specifically invited by Treasury to complete the closeout process and already submitted a closeout report.
• Municipalities already in compliance can ignore the message.
