Federal Transportation Grant Opportunities Available
November 7th, 2024In our ongoing efforts to share information on Federal IIJA Discretionary Program opportunities, please find the PennDOT grant alert for the Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient and Cost-Saving Transportation (PROTECT) Discretionary Grant Program on the PennDOT IIJA site. The application deadline for the FY 2024-25 round of funding is February 24, 2025.
We encourage our partners to see if your region may have a project that is aligned with the program guidelines. If you have any questions or inquiries for PennDOT, they can be submitted to the PennDOT IIJA Discretionary resource account: RA-PDTRANSFEDFUNDOPP@pa.gov .

In our ongoing efforts to share information on Federal IIJA Discretionary Program opportunities, please find the PennDOT grant alert for the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Discretionary Grant Program on the PennDOT IIJA site. The application deadline for the FY 2025 round of funding is January 30, 2025. FY 2024 Projects of Merit are due December 2, 2024.
PennDOT has a project of Merit from the 2024 round, and is moving forward with resubmitting under the Project of Merit round. However, we encourage our partners to evaluate projects in their region that align with the program guidelines.
