State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Workshops Announced

April 7th, 2025

The U.S. Treasury Deptartment will host workshops for recipients of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Program to assist with, and provide resources, for successful submission of their First Quarter Project and Expenditure Report (P&E) or 2025 Annual Report which are due on April 30, 2025.

Each workshop will cover important topics such as P&E Report Content, Common Reporting Errors, Noncompliance, and
Debt Management.

Workshop registration details for the two sessions are listed below. The workshops will be recorded.

Personnel who administer their recipient municipality's SLFRF award funds, including staff with new administrative responsibilities, are encouraged to attend.  Staff who directly administer budget, finance, policy, grants, housing programs, Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) programs, emergency management programs, or other functions of the SLFRF program could find the workshop helpful.

Verify your portal access prior to attending the webinar.  Information about accessing the portal to follow along during the webinar is listed below:

  • To access the Portal and submit your SLFRF reports, you’ll need to register and set up an account with one of two Treasury’s two sign-in services, Login.gov or ID.me.
  • If you are a new user and have not previously registered with ID.me, or if you are an NEU, you should register using the Login.gov process at: https://portal.treasury.gov/compliance.
  • It is recommended that new users and NEUs register using Login.gov, when registering to access the Treasury Portal due to its user friendly experience.
  • Users who have previously registered through ID.me and submitted a compliance report may continue to access the U.S. Treasury Department Portal through that method, although creating a new Login.gov account will not cause any issues. Users can login using both ID.me and Login.gov, provided the accounts use the same email address.
