SAMHSA: FY '25 First Responders-Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (FR-CARA) Program
The purpose of the FR-CARA program is “to train first responders and communities in administering and distributing opioid overdose reversal medications (OORM).” S + A has written dozens of funded SAMHSA grants.

HUD: FY '25 Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Grant Program
This HUD NOFO includes three program opportunities: Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration, Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control (LBPHC), Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control (LBPHC), and Health Homes Supplemental programs. These programs will fund an array of project concepts to “identify and control lead-based paint hazards in eligible privately owned rental or owner-occupied housing populations.” S + A has written many funded LHR and other HUD grants.
